Make list of unmapped conditions, measurement concepts and observations of interest

I would like to see a simple list of all conditions, measurement concepts and observations across the two sample datasets we intend to include in our minimal viable product KG. These include:

• clinical findings (diseases and phenotypes)
• measurement terms (labs like assays, but anything of relevance)
• drugs and compounds (chemicals)
• functional scores (what Emani is planning to do)

Anything else I may have forgotten. Basically, a list of any concept in the source data we intend to map in this prototype (your choice). Also, you can add the mappings you already have. Ideally I would like an sssom file for this, but don't worry, any table will do for now: the key metric here is that we need to know which concepts are not yet mapped.
