Update content in external_import template

  • Verify/fix relation type of OMOP to OBO mappings

  • Remove unnecessary duplicate rows

  • I think we need to re-evaluate how the "raw value" (A oboInOwl:hasRelatedSynonym) column is being used. Should this column contain the label of the OMOP term? The raw unmapped value from the source data? Both? When there isn't an OMOP term, this column is being populated with the OBO label, but this means hasRelatedSynonym == Label. Should we instead add a "Label" column for the OBO labels (that is ignored by ROBOT, like we have in the cpont template)?
