Select a tool and/or strategy for generating and hosting term-level documentation

We need to determine how we plan to generate and host term-level documentation for this ontology. As discussed in the 7/19/2022 meeting, the goal is to have URIs in the cpont namespace resolve to webpages with meaningful information. The minimal strategy would be to have the URIs for all terms in the cpont namespace resolve to the main owl file in gitlab using the w3id redirects. A more long-term goal would be to resolve to pages that are part of an ontology browsing tool, similar to Ontobee
