@rwalls In our last call, we discussed possible use case for semantic similarity analyses. Can you provide a quick summary here again that outlines the idea in rough brush strokes? Did you suggest to use semantic similarity between lab tests to predict which disease was being studied? Or was it that you want to use assay2disease associations as a "predictor" for disease2disease similarity?
