Try to do a round of automated matching for RDCA-DAP data not yet mapped to OMOP

We should try the following tools:

• OAK
• USAGI

• Collect a set of findings in text file, make sure that exporting this list is not HIPA (@dolson)
• Install Usagi and try to use to map terms (@ehartley)
